Why is healthy eating so important? Why does food make such a difference to our health and how we feel?
This week we will spend some time looking at why our diet is so important and any changes we can all make to be just that little bit healthier. We might even have some tasting sessions and get the chance to try something different.
We'll also have a look at the impact that exercise can have on us all, what little things could we all be doing to get fitter? How many steps should we be doing each day? Exercise isn't just about going to the gym, so we can look at other ways to get more active.
